Runtime pricing order

• Customer price: standard price × customer multiplier.
• Otherwise, an active Tidal rule uses standard price × tidal multiplier.
• Otherwise, a model discount uses standard price × discount multiplier.
• Otherwise, group price uses standard price × group multiplier.
• If none applies, the standard model price is used.

Each request records its billing source and settlement result in usage logs.
